Smart Alert Tutorial: Include Zone(s) and Exclude Device(s)

Navigation

1. Click *Settings *on the left side navigation bar.

2. Click *Configurations*, then click *Smart Alerts*.

3. Click *Create Smart Alert*.

4. Create your Smart Alert Details, then click *Alert Mappings*.

You can navigate here to understand how to add smart alert details.

5. In the Included section, Click *+ Zones*.

6. Add Zone(s) from your list by selecting from the multi-select dropdown.

7. Click *Save*.

You will see the zone with any sub-zones/device(s) in the overview panel.

8. Next, in the Excluded section, Click *+ Devices*.

9. Add Devices from your list by selecting from the multi-select dropdown.

10. Click *Save*.

Expected Outcome

You will see that your device has been removed from the appropriate zone or sub-zone list.
